I’m Carl Nnaji, the founder of Kiwi Consulting Group. I’m a data senior scientist, I have worked for some of the largest companies in the world including ExxonMobile, HP and google. But my true calling became clear when I helped my family business overcome significant financial challenges.
I helped pay off $150,000 in debt, saved over $30,000 a month, and streamlined operations by modernizing billing, payroll, and reporting. I built a team, implemented systems, and created SOPs that set us up for long-term success.That experience inspired me to help other businesses achieve the same transformation.
